Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

Cleaning Expert provides residential and commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning services in Alberta, Canada. Services include carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, mattress cleaning, area rug cleaning, and commercial carpet cleaning.

2. Booking and Scheduling

All appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Cleaning Expert. A booking is only confirmed after you receive confirmation by phone or email. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to equipment issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances with reasonable notice.

3. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please call (403) 707-3656 to cancel or reschedule.

4. Liability Limitations

Cleaning Expert is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, or damage caused by previous improper cleaning. We take reasonable care with your property, but carpets and upholstery with pre-existing damage or wear may not fully respond to cleaning.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and e-transfer. Quoted prices are subject to change if the actual scope of work differs significantly from what was described at booking.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover pre-existing stains that could not be removed.

7. Property Access

The client is responsible for ensuring clear access to areas to be cleaned, including reasonable parking for our vehicle. We move light furniture at no charge; heavy items (pianos, large appliances, entertainment units) should be moved prior to our arrival.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
